Easy going new home with my cats, in a nice community of neighbours. Looking for a reliable lodger, students welcome. The room is a small double but full access to all of the home. Direct access floor so outdoor lawn for gardening, veg growing and outdoor exercise. Good area for nightlife, pubs, pool, gym, ,and nature walks. Tube 10 minutes. Good transport links. Extra bills only if bills increase on stay. Bathroom recently renovated bath and shower. Happy to negotiate price on length of stay. I’m an established landlady born in Hackney, supportive and helpful to all my past lodgers. LGBT friendly and inclusive.
