Hey everyone,

I am looking for a new flatmate in this two floor, two bed flat! I have been living at this flat for three years, it's super cute and in the best location - located on Church St and a 6 min walk to Stoke Newington St.
Looking for someone who's clean, respectful, chill and lgbtq friendly to share the flat with myself. There’s a tv in the living room if you want to watch anything too!

We would be named on the tenancy agreement together with me therefore either being a working professional or having a guarantor would be amazing.
The bills are not included in the rent, which comes to around £150 pp every month (less in Spring/Summer).


The move in date would be July 20th!
