We are looking forward to welcoming a lovely female student to join our warm, peaceful and very clean family home from early September.
Here is a quick look at what we're offering:

Your Room
A clean fully furnished bright and spacious room complete with a VERY comfortable bed, a handy study desk and storage drawers, all with a lovely view looking out at our garden.

The Costs
Rent is £900 per month with a £500 deposit. You'll just share the cost of gas, electricity, and our regular cleaner roughly (£100 a month).

Our Home
We love keeping things clean, tidy and peaceful. Our kitchen and home are pork and alcohol free. Whilst we are non smokers, smoking in the front garden is okay. You'll also have access to a neat family bathroom and our gorgeous garden patio with outdoor seating to relax or study when the weather is nice. We have a washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher, the kitchen is fully equipped and you’ll have your own space in the pantry and fridge.

The Location
We're just a short walk from vibrant Newington Green, close to local shops, restaurants and great transport links (buses, Overground and tube) heading straight into central London and very easy access to many universities.
