Spacious and well-proportioned medium room (14 ft × 9 ft 8 in / 135 sq ft) available in a 1-bedroom flat on the 3rd floor (no lift) in central London W1, just a 5-minute walk to Russell Square tube. The street is safe and well-lit with restaurants, shops, cafés, and all essential amenities nearby.
The flat is self-contained with a good kitchen and bathroom, but please note there is no separate living room.
The room includes a small double bed with storage drawers, a 32” Smart TV mounted on the wall, two desks with lamps perfect for work or study, a ceiling fan, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a secure lock on the door.
Ideal tenant is a working professional who is quiet, responsible, and respectful of the flat and neighbors (some are elderly). Cleanliness is important, with kitchen and bathroom left in good condition. Guests are welcome, but no overnight stays.
We start with a 1-month trial stay so both sides can see if the arrangement works. If all goes well, we can continue month-to-month.
