Furnished with white wardrobe and chest of drawers and also a built in wardrobe so lots of storage, double bed with a black leather headboard. Freesat tv.
Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board. In the pictures it shows a leather recliner and stool, this is no longer in the room.
To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £800. The balance of the deposit £600 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. Rent will pro rata and is also payable before you move in.
