I have a single bedroom available for rent.

I have lives here 10 months and love it. I work nearby as a medical professional. I study on the weekends as well.

The rent is very reasonable, location very handy to local GP, bus stops and handy to Ryan's bar.

I am a gamer, preferring currently Xbox there's a 50 inch TV to share use of.

Kitchen comes fully stocked with microwave, oven, freezer, fridge, dryer washing machine etc but also plenty of cutlery, plates and cooking utensils.

Ideally looking for someone quiet but friendly with good communication skills and respectful of others.

I am also up for being social too and happy to work around reasonable requests or adjustments needed in property.
