This is a compact single room with a big window in a quite alcohol-free neighbor. Three Asian stores within 5 minutes walking, 10 minutes to QUB, Botanic train station and city center, 15 minutes to Lanyon train station.

The house is newly refurbished and fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryers, microwave, kettle, oven. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other two flatmates - both are quiet, clean, nonsmokers and working full time. There is also a separate storage room with a park plot in front of the house.

This single room has a single bed including mattress, desk & chair, wardrobe with full length mirror inside. Bills are split between all of us in the house (roughly £60 in winter and £40 in summer), Internet is already included.

There are plenty of kitchen stuffs (from utensils to pots + pans) available to use. I am happy to give away some of my kitchen & bedding stuffs for free if you need.
