We are seeking a mature, responsible individual to join us in our Belfast home. In addition to your own bedroom, you'll have access to the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. In addition, you'll also have priority access to our recently refurbished sitting room, making it a cosy space to relax and unwind.

The house is situated directly across from Ormeau Park and is within walking distance of the city centre and Queen’s University. The rent is £475.00 per month and includes Wi-Fi, council tax, and a TV license; however, energy bills (gas and electricity) are not included in the rent. As homeowners, we frequently travel for work, so it is essential to find a reliable tenant who can take care of our home while we are away from Belfast.

We are inviting potential tenants to come and meet with us and view the house starting from April 9th onwards. We look forward to meeting you and showing you around!
