Hi, I’m looking for someone to take the other bedroom in this two bedroom flat on university avenue.

I’m graduating this summer and i’m looking for either a female student or professional to take the second bedroom which is available from the first of August 2026.

I’m 21 and currently work as a supervisor in a cinema. I’m very sociable and would love to find someone friendly that I can talk away to, but I also enjoy some downtime and privacy.

The deposit and monthly payment for the room is £425 not including other bills. It is a double room with good storage.

The flat itself is very close to Queens University and Botanic so very convenient for getting to city centre with busses and trains.
