I have a sweet spare room up for rent in my little terrace house, conveniently located in the Ormeau Road. With all the cafes and pubs on your doorstep and you're just a short bus / cycle / walk into town. Ormeau Park is within a 10-minute walking distance too.

I am a young professional working in media and live with my dog Lana - a very friendly and good-nature miniature Dachshund, so looking for someone pet-friendly.

Party-free household, although I am very sociable and tend to have friends over for coffee or dinner sometimes. Looking for a likeminded young professional ideally, someone who can slot into our cosy setup, is independent but sociable and has good standards of cleaning and tidying!

Racist, homophobic, transphobic, reactionary views or attitudes are off-limits.

The room is £475 / month but please note this doesn't include bills – which would probably add to around £30 a month.
