There’s three bedrooms in the house right now one of them is occupied by a lovely person in their early 30s , the other two rooms will be unoccupied for now. There’s two toilets, one shower, a garden, a living room and a kitchen. House is lovely. I’ve had no issues. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood with street parking right next to the uni and there’s a bus stop two minutes up the road.(the second bedroom currently doesn’t have a mattress as it’s being replaced with a new one my the landlord, the landlord has also recently upgraded the washing machine and oven)
