My partner and I have a beautiful room in a 3 bedroom apartment situated between Malone and Lisburn road. The room will have a double bed in it with other furnishings such as bedside table, desk and drawers also provided. The tenant will have the main bathroom to themselves as we have an ensuite. There is allocated parking at the building and a bus stop out the front for easy access all around Belfast (10 mins by bus to city centre). We are ideally looking for a housemate from early July to the end of August (with the option to extend). It would be great if the housemate was easy-going, clean and respectful of the apartment. We are not night-owls or partiers and would prefer someone similar to us in that sense. We are both from Australia and moved here a few years ago. Thanks for reading!
