If you check Botanic Studios website, you’ll see that the current price for this room type is £208 per week, ✨BUT✨ since I booked early, you can take over my contract at just £202 per week, which is inclusive of all bills. That’s a nice discount! 😉

My contract runs for 51 weeks, starting from September 7th, 2024, and ending on August 29th, 2025.

The studio is fully self-contained and includes:
