ROOM TO RENT OVER SUMMER (near Queen's)

I am moving out the end of April and am looking for somone to fill my room for the summer. (may-august)

-5 bedroom house/2 bathroom with large kitchen/living space
-room is already furnished. (Bed, wardrobe, drawers)
-wifi included
-5 minutes from queens/ 10 minutes into city

We are a house of 5 girls but the house will mostly be empty over summer as we will all be going home. 2 of the girls may be there occassionally. The house is very clean and well kept and want someone who will keep it this way. ideal for someone studying/working over summer who wants cheap rent in a nice house. Another room may potentially be for rent too if two friends were interested. Ideally prefer female tenant.
