This is a double room. It's right in the centre of town and has a lovely garden. The house is pretty small so I'd be looking for someone that's easy to get on with, has lived with other people / groups previously and is generally very chilled.
I'm semi-retired, live with my dog, and like having a bit of peace and quiet. I could rent the room out for more but I don't mind charging a bit less if you're happy with helping out occasionally - e. g. looking after my dog!
