I am a sociable and friendly female who is wanting to advertise a strictly non-smoking double bedroom in my privately owned property in Stratford upon Avon. The location of my house is ideal with a local train station being 5 minutes walk, plenty of bus routes available and a 25 minute walk into the town centre.

I have previously hosted foreign students within my house for over 20 years, therefore I have extensive experience in hosting for individuals.

I expect someone who is respectful towards myself and to my property, I will not tolerate any misbehaviour. I live with my 10 year old dog who is a cocker spaniel. The kitchen features high-end appliances and facilities that can be used as part of the rental agreement, alongside an external rear garden and bathroom.
