I’m looking for two new flatmates to join me in a modern, bright and newly refurbished 3-bedroom flat in E15, available from 1st August

There are two furnished double rooms available:

Bills are not included and usually come to around £200 per month in total. I currently manage the bills and flatmates transfer their share to me monthly.

The flat itself is clean, spacious and cosy, with a separate living area and a large kitchen. It’s on the first floor and has a lovely view by the canal.
