Just bought it and enjoying living solo but would enjoy to sharing over the summer.

Small back garden. Property is in E15 Walkable to stratford, forest gate and Marland and overland stations. There is a cat that also lives here- he's pretty chill

800 a month plus 50 for bills

If you want to sublet the place for the period I am away that is also an option.
