A newly refurbished single room is available in a clean, well-kept 3-bedroom house, with all bedrooms located upstairs. The room comes with brand new furniture, is bright, very clean, and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and calm living space.
The house has a modern, compact kitchen with plenty of storage and appliances, including a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. The kitchen opens directly onto a spacious private garden, which is great for relaxing in warmer months.
Downstairs, there is an open-plan living and dining area with a nice TV. The household is friendly and relaxed; we enjoy watching TV and having meals together from time to time, while also respecting each other’s space. I am the live-in landlord, and I aim to keep the house welcoming, tidy, and easygoing.
Bills are separate and are approximately £115 per month, covering gas & electric, water, council tax, and broadband. These are likely to be cheaper after the winter months.
I’m self-employed, working part-time as an Uber driver, doing property maintenance, and currently starting a new journey creating a clothing brand. I’m born and bred in London, with family originally from Cyprus.
The other housemate is a computer programmer, originally from Türkiye, who has been living in the UK for over a decade and mostly works from home.
We’ve been good mates for many years, and the house has a relaxed, respectful, and friendly atmosphere. Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to us.

I’m open-minded about the move-in date, as long as it’s not too far from 8th February. The length of stay is flexible, though I’d ideally prefer 3–6 months, with the possibility of staying longer if it works well for both of us.
Transport links are excellent. The house is very close to Stratford Station, which offers multiple lines with fast connections to:
- Central London (around 17 minutes)
- Major airports
The area is lively and well connected, with trendy cafés, and is very close to the Olympic Village, popular with students and working professionals. You’re also right next to Westfield Stratford, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, with 400+ shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.
Viewings can be arranged at flexible time; happy to do a facetime viewing as well.
