Hi, I'm Louis - I'm looking for someone easygoing to share my flat in Ibex House, Stratford E15. It'll just be the two of us, rather than a big houseshare.

The room is a large furnished double (4.06 x 2.71 m / 13'4" x 8'11") with a double bed, brand new wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bedside table. All bills are included, with fast 1 Gbps full-fibre broadband.

The flat has a kitchen with a washing machine and plenty of cupboard and fridge space, plus a shared lounge and balcony, and the building has communal roof gardens.

I work from home in the lounge during the week, so I'm looking for someone who mostly works away from the flat - working from home a day or two a week from your room is fine.

Maryland station (Elizabeth line) is directly across the road, under a minute's walk. Liverpool Street is just 11 mins away, Tottenham Court Road 17 mins and Bond Street 19 mins, all direct.

Stratford is one stop or around a 10-minute walk, with the Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground and National Rail, plus Westfield and the Olympic Park.

There's a Tesco, corner shops and lots of restaurants on the doorstep.


A bit about me: I'm 33, work in tech and I'm the live-in owner. I'm easygoing, keep the place clean and tidy, and like quiet evenings - happy for a chat but also happy to give each other space.
