The Location

This house is located a short walk from the Stratford mall where you can find many useful shops such as Lidl, Boots and Sainsbury’s. We are a 10 minute walk from Stratford station and the Westfield Centre which is great for shopping and eating. We have a park nearby and are very close to lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants and a library.

The Property

The downstairs is a lovely open plan space with a sky light above the kitchen. There is a large bathroom on the first floor with a bath/shower for the two rooms on that floor. There is plenty of storage space in the house. Outside we have a large area with seating and a BBQ for in the Summer. The room comes with a bed and mattress with under bed storage, a triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

I have had the house for almost 6 years. Myself and the other tenant staying are both professionals and are looking for someone who like us is friendly, tidy and considerate.
