Bright Double Room in Stratford – £180/week (All Bills Included)

Hi, I have a bright double room available in my house in Stratford. The house is clean, quiet and well looked after. It’s a comfortable place to live and everyone in the house respects each other’s space.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and storage, and it gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and kept tidy.

Rent is £180 per week, and this includes all bills – gas, electricity, water and council tax. Fast Sky broadband is also included. The deposit is 2 weeks’ rent, and rent is paid every 2 weeks.

The location is very convenient. The house is about 10 minutes’ walk to Stratford Station where you can get the Central Line, Jubilee Line, Overground, DLR and the Elizabeth Line, so it’s easy to travel anywhere in London. The Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is also close by, with lots of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.

I’m looking for one working professional who is clean, respectful and easy to live with. Sorry, the room is not suitable for couples.
