I’m looking for replacement student to take over my tenancy at Eleanor Rosa House, available now till 30 August (the end of the agreement).

It’s an intercollegiate Halls open to students at any university member of the University of London or at any publicly funded University based in London. It's located in Stratford.

About the room

- Single ensuite at the 4th floor
- I currently pay GBP 37.7/night (GBP 1,137.00 for months of 30 days and GBP 1,168.70 for months of 31 days). But I will give the room at discount.
- All bills are inclusive
- Furnished:
- small double bed with a mattress
- spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
- drawers, shelves, wardrobe
- two sets of roller blinds (regular and blackout)
- Wi-Fi is included
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers.
- Kitchen shared with 3 other students.
- The kitchen comes with a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and plenty of lockable storage. There is also a dining room table and a seating area.
