Hey! We’re looking for a housemate to join our 3-bed ground-floor flat in Tooting, right next to the athletics track.

Double room with en-suite: £1,050/month

Available to move in 20th November.

Bills are not included in the rent and will be shared between us.

The flat has a garden and plenty of communal space. We love to cook and make the most of the garden in the summer, with a BBQ and pizza oven.

The room is a good-sized double and has its own private en-suite bathroom, so you won’t need to share a bathroom with the rest of the flat.

We’re looking for someone who is down for a pint and a pub quiz and happy to help with the cleaning.

We’re in a great location in Tooting, right next to the athletics track, with shops, pubs, restaurants and transport links all nearby.
