I'm looking for someone lovely to rent my spacious double room from 26 November to 2 January while I'm away working on a performance contract.

The room comes with its own private bathroom, and you'll also have access to a lovely, large, fully equipped kitchen and living room. There's parking available at the front of the property, too.

Rent: £1,000 for the ENTIRE STAY (equivalent to one month's rent), with all bills included.

A little about our household...
You'll be sharing with two lovely housemates, both around 30 and non-binary. We're a friendly, relaxed and LGBTQ+ welcoming household, so it's important that whoever moves in is genuinely comfortable and respectful of that environment. LGBTQ+ people are especially welcome!
