We have just finished renovating the top floor of our newly acquired victorian house in Streatham Common and we would like to rent out the top floor bedroom to anyone that is interested.
The top floor consists of a big bedroom, a kitchen, a living room with plenty of space for a desk and storage. We are offering the space either furnished or unfurnished. You will see in the photos we have some furniture but we can add/remove depending on your situation. Everything in the photos is new except for the bed and fridge.
This is not a professional agency type letting, we are both professionals, we value our privacy but would also welcome the opportunity to occasionally socialise and have a meal together or the occasional glass of wine. We have two small dogs (Shih Tzus) that are extremely friendly, social and playful. The monthly cost includes all bills and council tax and a cleaner every two weeks.

If you are interested in renting the whole top floor which would give you exclusive access to the kitchen and lounge then this can be arranged too. The monthly cost in that case would be £1600 including bills.

Smoking is strictly prohibited either in the house, or anywhere around the house eg. garden
