Double room with built in wardrobe in a large three-story house with multiple living areas and garden! Needed ASAP!🫶

One of our roommates is sadly moving to America and so we are in need of someone to take over their lease. You’ll benefit from separate kitchen and living area, as well as conservatory and garden which is great in the summer☀️. A downstairs shower room as well as large garage for storage, the house has three bathrooms (one on each floor) and three showers with two being bath/showers. We also have a large double driveway fully gated. Comes furnished but can be discussed.

You’ll be sharing with four friendly, bubbly tenants all working professionals, three boys – Ezra, a data analyst📊, Declan, a chef 🧑‍🍳 and Orlin, a tattoo artist🎨 and one girl – Lacey, a barista☕️. Our house is very wfh friendly should you need it to be as we have plenty of space to exist by yourself undisturbed. We’re all close friends so we do like to occasionally go to the local pubs together to play pool or cook together if our schedules match up, but value our separate time too. We all work quite a lot so you’ll be able to enjoy the tv to yourself! We live in a chill, homely manner – not a party house, but mates and partners are always welcome!❤️

The rent and bills come to £978.60 each per month, this includes our gas and electric, water, council tax and WIFI – we have incredibly fast WIFI as we all work from laptops or game💻. We also have multiple fridges, a dishwasher and washing machine with a heated airer to use.

We are within walking distance to most major bus routes via Streatham high street as well as Streatham hill station and Tulse hill station. One bus to crystal palace and one bus to Clapham common or Brixton tube. With multiple night bus routes close. 🚎 The room is ready to be moved in as soon as the regular checks are completed. Deposit is needed to be discussed.
