£950pcm

My brother and his partner are sadly moving out, so I'm looking for someone (or a couple) to take over a large double room in my lovely Streatham flat.
The room is available from 6th July (there may be some flexibility if you need to move a little earlier/later).
I'm looking for someone who's clean, considerate, and looking for a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

About the flat
---
The flat is a spacious first-floor Victorian conversion with plenty of character.
One of the best things about the flat is how much shared space there is, with a separate dining space attached to the kitchen (making dinner parties easy) and an entirely separate living room. The flat also has high ceilings, original wooden floors, and a beautiful Victorian mosaic-tiled hallway that gives it lots of charm. The bathroom is perfectly functional but a little dated (if we're being honest), although it's due to be renovated later this year.
There are lots of large windows and the flat feels bright, airy and spacious year round.

The Room
---
You would be taking over the larger room, which has a bed, chest of drawers, and clothing rail. It will be a blank canvas to make your own around this, and I have no qualms with painting being done, or pictures being nailed in the wall.

Location
---
The flat is just off Streatham High Road, so everything you need is within easy walking distance. There are loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms nearby. Streatham Common and Tooting Common are both close by if you fancy some green space, with Tooting Common also having the outdoor (but unheated) Lido.
Both Streatham and Streatham Hill stations are around a 10–15 minute walk away, with regular trains into Central London. The underground is easily reached, with the Northern Line in tooting and Victoria Line in Brixton a short bus ride away.

Who you'd be living with
---
I'm currently a medical student at St George's, so tend to be out of the house from 9-5 Monday-Friday during term time. I'm a keen runner, and enjoy spending time exploring London's swimming spots. I also love going to the theatre and going to various art galleries, though confess I haven't done either of these in a while. I enjoy a chill evening in, but will never say no to a pub trip!
As a live in landlord, I take all responsibility for overall maintenance, and will deal with any issues as quickly as I can.

The Boring Stuff
---
Rent: £950pcm
Bills: To be split equally. This is slightly complicated by council tax, as number of people moving in and student vs. non-student affects what would be paid. I will contribute to this regardless.
Between 2 it would likely be £140 per month each, between 3 around £105.
