Hi! I am renting lovely 2 bedroom spacious flat nearby Streatham Hill train station (8min walk). There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with 2 sofas, table chairs etc all furnished. Nice bathroom with space for all your cosmetics. There are 2 bedrooms, I occupy one and was treating the spare room as my office, however I am not working from home anymore and would like to find a roommate. There are 2 big windows, with a lovely view so you will get natural light all day long. I am a female in my 20s, have a company and work all the time so would love another professional working female so we can have a safe space together. I am kind, nice, I respect the place and have a cleaner weekly to maintain everything well. I don’t smoke so no smokers please, no vaping neither (I have asthma so it’s difficult with any smokers around). There is a lovely fluffy female cat living with me as well, so bonus if you a cat lover !
Rent is £850 per month plus £150 for all the bills.
