We’re looking for 1 tenant to share our 4 bedrooms house with garden. Smoking is not allowed inside the property but we have a nice garden where you can enjoy and smoke over there. We’re looking for people that can afford the rent. Bills are included. We’re looking for someone that is honest, trustworthy & able to maintain the cleanliness of the house.

The room is furnished consist of a bed, a wardrobe and 1 side bed cabinet only and a shelf.

I will require: 1 month deposit of £800 & 1 month rent in advance of £800. We will need 1 month notice and potential tenant can stay in their 1 month deposit in case moving out.
