Well appointed shared kitchen, garden and two washing machines. great Wifi access, constant hot water and reliable heating. Shared bathroom with one other person only. There are 3 bathrooms in house altogether.

The landlord pays for cleaners clean the shared areas weekly. However we are looking for tidy, clean flatmate. There is access to a dishwasher but obviously everyone tidies their own mess/puts out rubbish etc.

No parties. These rooms are long term lets and the flatmates enjoy time together but are independent and responsible.
