👋 About us
You'll be living with Emily (29) and Flora (33). We both work hybrid jobs in the City and are looking for someone friendly and clean who's happy to hang out but also enjoys there own space.

Emily: I work in Talent Acquisition. Into fashion, pop culture, film/TV, walks on the common, and I've recently become oddly obsessed with feeding birds 🐦😆

Flora: A paralegal studying to become a solicitor. Super chilled, loves cooking, Wingstop, and is always up for the occasional drink.

🛏️ The room
A spacious double room (literally 2 rooms connected would be all yours) with a bed frame (no mattress), wardrobe, bedside table, and a comfy chair.

📝 The agreement
Available from 15th July. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Minimum 6 month stay and after that it’s a rolling monthly subtenancy (only 2 people on the lease) so we'd just ask for one month's notice if you decide to move out. Ideally we are looking for someone longer term but short terms works if you have your own mattress. We have a subtenancy agreement you can sign.
