A lovely room has become available in a 4 bedroom house in Streatham Common, a short walk away from Streatham Common train station.

There are a few housemates here already, everyone is friendly with one another and we do socialise but we also do our own thing.

Rent is £710 per month and bills usually work out to be around £100 per month. It's available from 1st August. Landlord is very reasonable.

You also get your own use of a separate room which myself and previous tenants have used as a workspace.
