Cosy double room available in a cool laid house in Streatham Hill.

It is a furnished double room in a spacious house. We also have a garden that we recently turned into one of the coolest places to hang out in summer.

You will be sharing with three guys, all 30+ and professionals.

Please note that this is a very chill and liberal household and we would like someone open-minded, liberal and mature to join us.

You will also be joining 2 feline cat flatmates that are friendly and love to be stroked.

We have great neighbours both below us (we are on the second floor) and next door, we all hang in the garden regularly and all get on great together.

The area is pretty chill. The 417 bus leaves from across the road and will take you to Clapham. We are 10-15 mins by bus to both Brixton (Victoria line) and Clapham(Northern Line), we are 5 mins walk to high street to get these buses. Streatham hill station (train/overground) will take you to Victoria in 20 mins and London bridge in 35 mins. The location is also ideal for anyone who needs to cycle for work in Central London (45/50mins ride).

All shops (Co-op, Sains, M&S, Tesco) are all within a 15min walk of the house as are a lot of take-aways, cafes, parks etc.

Monthly Bills are split evenly and include: Council tax, water/electricity/gas, internet and TV license.
