We’re looking for flat mate to join our 4 bed house in Streatham Hill.

The double room (circled on floor plan above) on offer is spacious and partly furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers - double bed available for purchase from old house mate. It would also have more than enough space to fit a desk for anyone working from home.

The house is large and in great condition - the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated. There’s 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen and dining space with bi-fold doors into the garden, and a separate large lounge.

We're a sociable house and are all mates from uni who enjoy cooking, sports and going to the pub.

2 minute walk to Tooting common
7 minute walk to Streatham Hill station
15 minute walk to Balham
