We have a room available in our lovely 4-bed house in Streatham. Close to Streatham high Road and easy transport links into central. The house is spacious, on a quiet road and we have a garden! Total rent including bills comes to £920 per month. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

We are a social and active house, who have busy lives but enjoy spending time together when possible. Hannah and Annie have lived in the house for 1.5 years and work in law/teaching. Shelley has lived here 6 months and works in sport psychology.

I am looking for someone to take over the remaining 5 months on my contract from 1st of April. I can be flexible with the move in date.

We will be doing viewings on Sunday 1st March.
