I am a private landlord. A double room is available for rent from 5/8/2026 with rent of £1200 a month for couple and £1100 a month for a single renter. Shared facilities include front garden for off street parking for cars n bicycles, two kitchens (1 with a dining area). Each kitchen is fully fitted with two washing machines, 2 dryers, a dishwasher, ovens, hobs, microwave, kettles n toasters. There is a living room snd a back garden. Zone 3 with all public transports just round the corner. Streatham Hill is just few minutes walk away. All local amenities including parks, supermarkets, banks gyms etc are also round the corner. Hospital staffs should check us out as we are on routes to St. George’s, Kings, st. Thomas and Guys and University Hospital too. hospitals. No agent please.
