Hey - we’re moving into this flat mid April, but our 3rd flatmate couldnt get out of his previous lease until June so we need someone to cover him in the meantime but with the option to extend,

We’re both working in the city in finance 4x a week so pretty busy weekdays but looking for someone to be sociable and want to go pub on the weekends but also respect the flat and be fairly tidy and clean.
Also happy if you’re just someone who wants to keep to themselves, as long as you’re clean and tidy
