Hey guys, looking for someone to take a room in our flat for 3 months as our third flatmate has dropped out last minute.

It’s me and my mate moving here — both working professionals, in the office 4 days a week (central) and WFH one day. We’ve got a good routine but also like to keep things social.

We’re both pretty easygoing — up for a pint, watching football, or the odd night out, but also very respectful of space if you’re more on the chilled side. Not a party flat, but definitely not dead either.

Looking for someone who’s tidy, normal (important), and easy to live with. Ideally someone who’s up for the occasional chat or drink but also happy doing their own thing.

The room is available for 3 months, perfect if you’re in between places or just need something short-term in London.

We can be super flexible on dates and other requirements if needed
