We’re looking for a sociable, tidy and relaxed new flatmate to join our flat.

The room is a good size and sits upstairs in the flat. Like every room here, it has its own private bathroom (but not en-suite) and individually controlled heating. The flat is new and spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto a balcony.

You’d be joining Rachel (a civil servant from Manchester), Ed (a designer from Belfast) and Cat (a physiotherapist from Bangor). Who are aged all aged between 30 and 33.

We’re a sociable bunch. Some evenings we get together to watch TV or a film, and every so often we head to the pub, but everyone is free to join in as much or as little as suits them. We all work a hybrid pattern, splitting our time between home and the office, so the flat has a nice balance of company and quiet time.

Rent: £995 per month
Bills: £115 per month (all bills included)

10 minute walk to Streatham station, with trains to Farringdon in about 25 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus stop, with routes to Tooting, Clapham and Balham. Tooting Bec is a 10-15 minute bus ride.
