Looking for someone to replace me as I’m moving out.

The house is on a quiet road with plenty of parking but only a 7 minute walk to Streatham Common station which has frequent trains to London Bridge and Victoria.

You’ll be living with 3 others:
Meerah, 23, works in compliance
James, 31, works in the music industry
Angela, 31, works in healthcare consulting
Everyone in the house is friendly and happy to have a chat in the kitchen/living room, but also enjoys their own space chilling in their rooms.

There’s a cleaner who comes once a week and cleans communal areas such as the kitchen & bathroom.

The house is well presented with a modern kitchen and bathroom (you’ll share with 2 others as Angela has an ensuite) and a garden.

Bills come to around £120 per month.

I’ve loved living here and had no intention on moving but an opportunity has come up to live with my best friend.

Looking for someone to move in any time from the 24th February (and no later than the 17th March)
