This house is something of a family unit - a couple and a close friend, and me, I'm the little sister. These are charming, funny, intelligent people who are a joy to be around - respectful of boundaries set, supportive and kind, relaxed and warm. Exactly the kind of people you can come home to from a long day at work and decompress with, but likewise these are three professionals, so they won't be permanent fixtures in the home if you prefer your space. Looking for someone who is a good fit personality-wise, who will respect shared spaces like we who already live here, who also doesn't take themselves too seriously and will be down to have fun!

With regards to the room itself, it's spacious and light, with a window facing the back garden and a lovely orientation that catches some of the sunrise and the sunset each day. Furnished, with a bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers all of a high standard, and enough space that you don't feel cramped, so you can really make the space your own.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a tub with jacuzzi jets, and there's a WC downstairs so there's no risk of being stuck needing the bathroom if one is occupied. The living room is spacious, with a large TV, making it the perfect place to unwind. Finally, the kitchen is an excellent size for this household - hob, double oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer for all your culinary needs.

Brilliantly-connected area - there are shops a 3-minute walk away, and bus stops taking you to Tooting Broadway (where you can then go on into Central or beyond) or Streatham proper right at the end of the road. Streatham Common train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Streatham one is only about a 15-minute walk, or a roughly 4-stop bus ride if you prefer.

Bills are included in the price, as is Council Tax (band C, for posterity)! Landlord and property manager very approachable, very receptive, and overall a lovely atmosphere both in the home and in the more administrative sense.
