I'm a young professional seeking a flat mate of a similar age. I'm mainly office based and have a 3 year old Jack Russell who's very friendly.

I'm looking to let the room for an initial period of 3 months moving to a flexible rolling monthly arrangement after that.

The room itself is a light double bedroom with separate study/dressing room with lots of storage. These rooms come with their own bathroom with bath/shower.

The house has a cosy sitting room with separate kitchen and private garden. There is also off street parking available.

The location is a 7 minute walk down the hill to Streatham Hill overground with trains to Victoria via Clapham Junction. There are also lots of buses towards Brixton. The journey to Brixton is 20 minutes.
