We are looking for a new housemate for our gorgeous home near Streatham Common.
🏠 The room is on the 2nd floor, it's well sized, gets lots of light and has its own modern ensuite (with a ring mirror and automatic lights!). The house is well insulated, carpeted and has separate heating in each room so it's always warm and cosy. We have a garden with plenty of space for herbs, veges and summer bbqs, a large modern kitchen with everything you need to whip up a storm, dining room for dinner parties, lounge room with TV for movie nights and a desk for WFH!
🕺You'll be living with four lovely and super friendly girls. They are always up for a yap, wine, dinner party or pub trip. They love to keep the house clean and homely, and are super easygoing. They have become some of my closest friends in London and are awesome to live with!!
📍Great location- 5 minute walk from Norbury station, then 20 minutes into Victoria, or 5 min to the tubes in Balham. Every supermarket you could imagine is close alongside cute pubs and cafes!
✨You'll be signing onto a lease until October, which will then be rolling/can sign a new lease.
💲Deposit is £1055 and bills are 60-80pm
