We are looking for a female to come and live with me and my bf and small child. We have a very nice flat here in Norbury which has been done up with a new kitchen, flooring, bathrooms and paintwork. The flat has very good energy and you would have a double room with en suite all to yourself, with plenty of storage for all your things. The kitchen area is spacious and vibrant. The flat is always warm, it is never cold here in winter.

We are a 3 minute walk from the train station and local shops. The train will get you into Central London (Victoria) in 20 mins.

The area is very nice with green spaces to the front of the property and communal gardens. The park is a 4 min walk and has a large green space.

Flexible move in date.
