Quiet, lovely flat in between Tooting/Streatham. Very close to Tooting Bec common.

I love this flat and living here but I have to move back to Australia and am looking for someone to take over my room. You will be sharing with two lovely other women who both work full time, with one WFH two days. Flatmates are friendly, sociable and respectful of shared spaces. The room is furnished and you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the flatmates. Bills have averaged around 80-90GBP per month.

It's close to buses, easy walks to train stations (easy to get to London Victoria and Gatwick) and bus/walk to tube stations (Northern line). I have always felt safe walking around/home from bus at night in the neighbourhood.

The current lease renews in June so ideally we are looking for someone who is looking to stay for at least 1 year but open to shorter term (you have to go on lease and then find a replacement).
