We are looking for someone to join our flat share in Streatham SW16!

About the flat:
- 3 double bedrooms
- 1 bathroom (bath and shower)
- Furnished, dishwasher and washing machine
- Private balcony and communal garden
- 3 min walk to Streatham Common station, with trains to Balham, Clapham Junction, Battersea, London Victoria and London Bridge
- 15 min walk to Streatham Station
- Bus stop 3 mins way, with buses to Brixton and Central London.
- Tescos, Aldi and Sainsbury’s within walking distance (approx. 15 mins walk, or 5 min bus ride)
- Sainsbury’s local 2 minute walk away
- Cute area with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops!

Bills are on average between £100-£120. The room comes with a double bed, closet and draws.

You’ll be sharing with me, Abi (25) and my friend Leila (24). We are both young professionals, Leila works for a digital editorial platform and wfh 2-3 days a week. Abi works in admin, in office 5 days a week. We enjoy hanging out, going to the pub, and exploring the city, and are looking for 1 girl (22-29 yrs) who shares similar interests! We would love someone who is looking to be friends, not just flatmates!
