We are looking for a third girl to join our 3 bedroom and 2 baths house with a private garden, a large kitchen and a big living room.
We are preferably looking for a clean and friendly girl, but we are flexible.
Bills are not included and are around £120, only during winter the prices goes up a tiny bit.
The house is two floors and has a lots of storage. The room is double and is £700. If you are looking to pay a bit less, the other flatmate is available to take the biggest room and you can replace her in the small and pay £600.
