My property is situated in a very quiet residential/tree lined/cul-de-sac area of London with very friendly neighbours.

The room I have to let is a large furnished room with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 small bedside tables on either side of the bed - a small TV placed on a table. All bills are included in the rent.

A little about me: I am a retired person from a professional background. My children have now grown & live elsewhere. I am very sociable & have many interests in & out doors.

The house mate will share the bathroom & WC which is next to her room. There is also a downstairs WC and bidet. She will also share the kitchen & large dining room/second reception room downstairs.

There are good transport links to the surrounding areas as well as to the city:

- 5 minute walk to the bus stop with a bus that takes you straight into the town centre
- 10 minute walk to Norbury train station which takes you to the city centre
