🌿 The Room: A The room itself is on the petite side (10m²), but spacious enough for a Queen-size bed, shelves, a small wardrobe/clothes rack. The room was originally unfurnished, but the departing housemate is happy to leave behind the bed/curtains/other visible furnishings for a very friendly price.

🏠 The House: A large 6-bedroom house (210m²) across two floors on a quiet, wide residential street. You’ll have access to: Spacious living room with projector (great for film nights), Fully equipped kitchen + pantry, 2 bathrooms + 2 additional toilets, Large garden, Parking space. We keep the house tidy and organised — everyone shares light chores to maintain a clean, comfortable home.

👋 The Housemates: You’ll be living with 5 friendly working professional actors (ages 27–34; 1 female, 4 male) who’ve lived together since 2023. It’s a social but respectful household — we enjoy the occasional shared dinner or catch-up, but everyone has their own routines too.

🫵 You: We’d really love to live with someone who is good vibes, keen to be part of a home, and who keeps things tidy. Ideally, you’d be a creative/actor who will fit into the atmosphere of the house, and someone who likes to eat together from time to time the occasional game or a movie night in front of the projector. Female presenting is preferred to balance things out, but open to all!

📍 The Area: Streatham is green, well-connected and has everything you need nearby:
Lidl – 5 min walk
Sainsbury’s – 8 min walk

🔎Viewings: In-person viewings are preferred so you can meet your potential new housemates and get a feel for the house, but happy to do them via video chat too!
